This weekend FXCM will automatically update the Trading Station II with some exciting new features requested by our clients. To avoid delays we encourage you to download and install the latest Trading Station II version before this weekend. Download the latest version of Trading Station II

If you prefer to wait, the update will automatically download when you first log in on Sunday, 20 November 2011. Please allow a few extra minutes before your normal start of trading. If you experience any difficulties please visit the FXCM Platform Status Centre.

Here’s a preview of some of the new features:

• Fractional Pip Pricing on Market Range Orders
  FXCM has two types of market order execution: At Best and Market Range. A great way to minimise slippage is to use Market Range orders, which have been enhanced with fractional pip pricing to allow for more price control. You can now specify a market order to fill within a fraction of a pip of the current price.
• New Add Line Features and Chart Elements
  We have made it easier to plot lines and chart elements. You can now add lines or chart elements by freehand, from the close price or from the high/ low price.
• Even More Fibonacci Tools
  Turn your chart into any Fibonacci sequence in just a few clicks! Fibonacci tools have been expanded to include Fibonacci expansion, channel, fans and arc tools.
• And Much More!
  More features including Strategy Backtesting, Strategy Optimisation, Indicator Search and many other enhancements have also been added.
